I have a broad range of skills and experience so can help you achieve your goals. Try to remember that some goals may take longer than others and may need to be broken down.
Your eventual goal could be to drop a clothes size, or it might be to run a marathon. What you need to consider when setting time frames for goals is how much activity or what type of activity you are doing at present. If you are not presently exercising, your initial goal should be to start making the time to exercise and feel good that you have started, then build up gradually from there.
Try to enjoy achieving the smaller goals rather than focussing solely on your eventual goal to keep your motivation high. Give yourself a pat on the back when you see an improvement rather than thinking how much further you have to go.
