When I first came to see Tim I had reached a desperate point – like most women my knowledge of weight control and fitness regimes was very poor and my confidence was incredibly low.

I wanted to loose weight for my brother’s wedding and the thought of being the “fat sister” in the photos had left me feeling deflated. I had started not eating properly and was exercising ridiculously thinking this was the answer – but no weight was lost and I had managed to exhaust myself in the process.

Tim introduced me to a healthy diet and the miracle that is Kettlebells. I would never have believed that I could have achieved my goal and beyond with these beauties, but I have! Kettlebell training is an exciting, fun way of burning fat and toning the body very efficiently and I am the proof having dropped two dress sizes in 6 weeks. When I first saw a Kettlebell I didn’t quite know what I was in for, and yes you would be forgiven for thinking it’s a strange looking piece of equipment, but by god it works. There is no other exercise I have done and no doubt will ever do that comes close to how this tones you and shapes your body, let alone how it builds your strength and confidence. However a very patient, knowledgeable and one in a million personal trainer is probably the real key to my success!
