I have always been borderline underweight and had found it impossible to gain weight. For the last four months I have been taking two personal training sessions a week with Tim.

When I started, Tim asked me to keep a food diary and he gave me some advice on my diet. Tim then focused very much on core stability exercises and I feel that I have learned a lot about healthy exercising.

He varies the programme according to my needs, so there is no chance to get bored, which helps to keep up motivation. But the best thing is that I’m actually making progress: I have already gained 10 kg (22 lb) of lean muscle without increasing my body fat percentage, which is a low 8.5%.
